Objetivo del presente artículo es poner de relieve las contradicciones de la relación entre bioética y bioderecho que, lejos de ser un problema meramente teórico, tiene un impacto real en las reglamentaciones de las innovaciones en el campo de la biomedicina. Con el ánimo de demostrar esa fuerte conexión de la cuestión aparentemente teórica con la praxis, el ensayo, dotado de una metodología inductiva, moverá sus primeros pasos a partir de las técnicas de edición genética germinal. Legal clinics in Europe: for a commitment of higher education in social justice

This publication (formally an article, de facto a book) is a wide inquiry on legal clinical education in Europe. It was sponsored by and presented in European Parliament (ARDI intergroup). In the first chapter over a hundred clinical legal programs, spread in all the Union territories, are fully monitored and examined. The second chapter presents a qualitative analysis through the interviews with some protagonists of the “movement” of legal clinical education. In fact, since the comprehensive vision of this phenomenon, we can conclude that it is a “movement” because we are not simply in the presence of a proliferation of isolated experience. Independent regulation in the contemporary Italian legal system

According to some comparative studies, contemporary nation states exhibit an apparently impetuous worldwide general convergence toward the establishment of independent regulatory authorities (IRAs) with regard to a wide range of policy sectors (§ 2). In the Italian political system of the so-called First Republic (1948-93), the widespread attitude towards independent regulation used to be unfavourable.
